It was a rainy, rainy day, and Cherry was, like other students, taking refuge in the food hall. So far, Cherry was enjoying university more than Hogwarts. Other than the added free time and lack of Head Girl duties, she didn't have to deal with attending an extremely different Hogwarts under Professor Riddle's rule. How lucky was she to have been born early enough to avoid some of the prejudice that came with being a muggleborn.
After grabbing some Chinese food, Cherry found a table and took a seat hoping somebody would join her. It was nice to no longer be segregated by house!
