- It was a huge shock when she was placed in Ravenclaw instead of Slytherin this year after transferring from Beauxbatons this year, her parents had both been Slytherins and they always thought she would fit in perfectly!
- Knows the British pureblood crowd very well since despite living France since her birth, her parents still kept close ties with their old peers.
- Doesn't want to let everyone know how smart she really is since it isn't something seen as important for someone like her who is just meant to be married eventually to a man of her parents' choosing and her mother always told her that acting too intelligent was offputting to the men in their circle, so she acts like she is a little ditzy when really she isn't.
