Jace hated the fact that Ryker was dating Emery since he knew that he was possessive over her. He felt terrible for her, and knew his words wouldn't be much use. He had decided to spend his evening playing the guitar, since he was recently playing a lot of music with Theodore, which was one of his favorite things to do.

He had his electric guitar out and began playing it, blasting the amp. He felt like it was a good way to let his anger out, and try to enjoy his night. Since he knew Ryker was probably off fucking Emery, and he didn't feel like dealing with Ryker and his antics right now, and continued to play his guitar.
