lunch line ((mackenzie))

It was lunch time, and Eustace actually looked forward to it; It was a needed break from dealing with quite a few annoying classmates; it was always easier to hide among the entire school than in class. Eustace grabbed one of her trays and began going through one of the buffet lines to see their selection of calzones. She should've ate more breakfast with how hungry she currently felt... As usual, her expression looked as if she was chronically pissed off. She briefly looked at the person beside her and her face drooped upon seeing who it was.

"Ugh."

Mackenzie was still getting used to the American cuisine and it's... Rather unhealthy nature. She stood in the line for lunch holding a tray as she looked at all the carb filled choices. She grimaced a bit before deciding a salad would be her best choice. She didn't notice the person in front of her until she heard a sound of disgust. She looked up and sneered, "Ugh yourself. You Americans are so welcoming." She said filled with sarcasm.

For such a big school, she would've preferred to end up in line with her cousin being catty and ranting about there being too much sodium in a stick of butter or whatever. Eustace grabbed one of the sides of fries and replied, "Is it my job to welcome you? Do I look like a student council member to you?" This Mackenzie Riddle girl was already somebody she disliked, and it was reinforced by her twin liking her. Ugh.

Mackenzie scoffed as she looked at all the fatty foods lining the girls tray, "Obviously got no one to watch our figure for." She grabbed an apple and placed it on her tray, "If you were the welcoming committee I'd be even more worried for this place than I already am." She didn't like this girl. Why were potters so annoying? Well, besides Albus. And the Stephanie girl seemed alright. But other than them, annoying.

"Watch my figure?" What a bitch. "Oh, right, you're a Kate Moss wannabe." With how she seemed to be familiar with Chase, Eustace thought that descriptor was appropriate. She always loathed models; it was such a vapid industry that had no reason to exist.

Shaking her head, she rolled her eyes as she observed some of the other choices before grabbing a cup of sliced apples. "There, does that make you feel better?"
