Alayna strolled along the corridor of the train until she got the compartment she used every year. She slid the door open, pleased it was empty and took a seat. It would be weird at school this year without Atticus. It made her a bit sad, but she had to accept her father's decision. No matter how screwed up and homophobic it was. She didn't understand why he had to send Atti away just because he was gay. It didn't affect anyone else but Atticus in her opinion. She looked down at her nails and sighed, wondering where Carina or Mackenzie were at. She didn't want some random loser coming in there thinking they could hang out with her.
