After being tipped off about the Cartwright’s plans to put out a death warrant on his family, Lochlan had successfully fled Hogwarts with Gabriella and Doran via the floo network. He’d also asked that Matilda and Medea apparated immediately to their house, and Mackenzie should have been at home already.

Once they appeared in the fireplace, Lochlan turned to Gabby and Doran.

“We need to leave in the next hour. Gather all your things inside of your trunks: hurry.”

Medea had her stuff levitated down from upstairs as she took a hold of her sister's arm. "Stop whining, Kenz. Learn some accountability for your stupidity." It was going to be nice when she was no longer a threat.

(Small time skip)

When they all arrived at the underground, their surroundings had a very similar appeal to that of their house. The windows, although not really windows, were enchanted to see the evening sky outside. There was a vast lower floor to this place, though. A floor that was equipped to serve as a dungeon, where prisoners could be taken in and used for their own personal endeavours. This was something he would show them at a later date, but for now, they were safe in this underground keep.

"We are currently in the Scilly Isles, off the coast of Cornwall," He explained, as several house elves rushed about organising the place. "Like the Ministry, we are completely underground. There are very few inhabitants of this isle in question, most of them muggles that I have under the Imperius curse."

He waited for a moment, then said:

"We are going to gather the Death Eaters imminently. Once we are gathered, we will organise our next move to take them down, once and for all."

Mackenzie lied across the couch and looked at her father, a look of disgust on her face until he began to speak. Her eyebrows raised and she sat up, a grin spreading across her lips, "We get to finally take over these fuckers?" The idea of running amick through the crowds and taking hostages and attacking people who deserved it intrigued her.
