I wanna know (Quinn)

Jonathan had gone very out of character asking Quinn out for drinks like that. It was very against his normal nature to make the first move. When they arrived at the pub he held the door open for her and secured them a booth, "So tell me a bit about you, Quinn."

Being asked out for drinks was completely unexpected. Especially when the one asking was someone who worked at the school that her family was apparently causing so much trouble for. Though, she hadn't hesitated to say yes. After all, what did it hurt to go out for a few drinks? She walked through the door when he opened it for her, flashing him a smile as she moved past him. When they made it to their booth, he went right in asking her to tell him about herself. "Well, I'm originally from Boston... Moved here when I was a 5th year. I bartend for now but music is kind of my thing." She rattled off. She was used to talking to men through her job, men who wanted her to listen to them and stroke their egos some. It had been a while since anyone had asked her about herself. "What about you? What's your story?"

"Boston. Great city. Did you know the biggest art heist in history took place in muggle Boston. More than $500 million worth of paintings were stolen from the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in 1990." He said rattling off a random fact that swam through his brain. "Me? Well, I graduated top of my class and finished University 2 years early. So I traveled and did alot of reading and exploration of the world. Then I came back here and took a teaching job at the school. I'm the potions professor."

"I did not know that." She said, though she did find it interesting and maybe a little bit endearing that he knew such a random tidbit of information. "Quite the overachiever, huh?" She said with a smile. At least he knew what he wanted to do with his life and did it. Quinn was still slowly taking the plunge to making her own dreams come true. "What's it like? Teaching at the school? I gave my professors all kinds of shit back when I was in school." She said with a little laugh. It was crazy to her she was almost the same age now as some of the school's professors. Had she really been out of school that long? No, it had only been a couple of years...
