There it was - peak vacation season. Bill was excited to see all the happy faces that would be coming to Blackrock and all the properties on it for the summer. With the amount of people out of school for break, however, he needed to make sure something was organized and set-up for students to enjoy themselves with. Bill was a bit out of touch, but it was nothing to him. All that mattered was that people were able to have fun and that Blackrock's reputation would grow.
