First topic message reminder :

Intrigued by Louis' curiosity surrounding the Muggle world, Cernunnos decided he was going to take advantage of a Hogsmeade weekend to introduce him to it and take him to a party there. He decided that if his friend was going to do any sort of slip-up or just be confused in general, he was going to cover for the other. Sitting at a bus stop to take the bus, Cernunnos was texting on his phone to try and confirm the location of the party being thrown by one of his muggle peers.

"Alright, so as word of advice on the bus, most people are like minding their own business, so like don't try to initiate conversation unless they seem interested in talking. I know where we'll stop at, so I'll just drag you off if I have to as you wouldn't know the area."

”I don’t know why but I suddenly feel like punishing my insides.” He chuckled, and therefore nodded to more of the jelly shots.

He didn’t feel any different at the moment. Louis didn’t really drink that much alcohol, and would probably eat his words, but he was starting to feel drunk off the atmosphere more than anything. He watched Cernu dancing and slurped up another shot. His confidence to just be nothing but himself was very admirable.

A girl started randomly grinding herself on him. It was kind of nice, but also sort of... awkward. She and her friends laughed loudly, then wandered off again. Muggles were pretty crazy...

"Louis, you're popular! Want to get something harder? I find jelly shots to, like, totally be starter drinks..."

When he drank at a party, he drank.

Cernunnos briefly walked away to grab some martinis doing his best to not spill it. "Waant a martiniii, Louis?"

He still grooved to the rhythm of the song as he began downing his martini.

Louis liked what some of the girls were wearing. He thought about Carina, and immediately took the drink and downed it too. That cleared that up. Maybe he should venture further into the house and see what other drinks he could find for them...

”I’ll go see what else there is!” He called to him, and moved past some people puffing out of these large, oblong pipes that made the atmosphere all foggy. It wasn’t weed though. That was further on.

”Wanna hit?” One asked. Louis did it, but coughed profusely afterwards.

After all that, he managed to get some large cups of punch. ”Do I actually recognise this song?” He asked out loud, hearing the next come in.

Cernunnos kept dancing and got out his phone to take some pictures and videos to put on his Snapchat. Of course, he ended up being in some group photos.

He was so going to post on Instagram the morning after that tonight was a movie. Ha, fun and cliche and local enough for some of his muggle friends.

"Oooh, drinks!" he took one of the cups and began downing it and shook slightly beginning to feel a buzz.

”Isn’t this... Kylie Munro? Kylie Minogue!”

He felt the urge to start dancing as well. He lent close to Cernu’s ear:

”What’re you doing?” He asked, not knowing what was going on with the phone. Was the signal lost or something? He kept waving it about.

"Taking pics. Wanna take a selfieee?!"

He showed Louis the camera on his phone only to begin swaying his hips to the Kylie Minogue song.

"La la la, la la la..."

”Yeah!”

He’d heard that word before. What did it mean again? He supposed this was some kind of camera. Did you have to keep still for muggle photos?

Never mind. He wasn’t really thinking anymore, just feeling. It was a good feeling. He had his arm around his waist.

Cernunnos took a few selfies with Louis making sure to capture their best angles. He was absolutely euphoric by the mood to where he wasn't even fazed by the arm around his waist.

"We should totally grab a confetti cannoooooooon!"

Someone knocked their drink everywhere, and for some reason that needed a round of cheering and applause. Someone else was doing a handstand up the wall and trying to drink at the same time. Another person had a large, plastic bottle of something and was spinning around while drinking it. Flecks of whatever it was sprayed everywhere.

Louis found it all very funny for some reason. He couldn't stop laughing.

"We can fire a cannon in here as well?!" He asked, through laughter.

"Toootally. It isn't like an actual cannon, but it's so fuuuuuuuun!"

Cernunnos managed to get a hold of a confetti cannon by snatching it out of somebody's hand. To his luck, the person who had it didn't even notice.

"Wanna tryyyy?" he asked Louis showing him the confetti cannon.

It certainly wasn't a real cannon. The idea of confetti coming out of an actual cannon was quite bizarre. Looking around, he saw that other people were pulling the chord to release it. He did it, all over Cernu's hair.

He laughed harder than he would have normally.

"O.M.G."

Cernunnos felt the confetti end up on his hair. Running his hand through it, he gently pulled some confetti out to put on Louis.

Laughter erupted from him.

"Confetti looks goood on you."

Louis laughed so much that he felt his eyes watering.

He didn’t really know the last time he’d ever laughed like that. If he’d ever laughed like that. The alcohol probably had a lot to do with it. There were still things at the back of his mind: what with the family bereavement and pressures of school work and Carina making him feel guilty, but he just wasn’t worrying about them for the time being.

”Why are they drinking upside down like that?” He asked Cernu, distracted by those doing it. Ah - was that something he should know as a ‘muggle’? Oops.

"For the thrillllll, duuuuuuh!"

Grabbing a shot, Cernunnos quickly drank it and rested his arm on Louis' shoulder.

"I feel like having some fuuuuuuun."

”Are you not having fun, Cernu?” He asked, in a sing-songy kind of way, giving him a pouted look of mock-sympathy.

"I aaaam, but I need something moooooore than shaking my aaaaaaaasssssssssssss!"

He thought for a bit.

"I caaaaaaaan't thinkof anythiiiiiing."

The alcohol was starting to kick in a bit more.

”Let’s go look around!”

So far he hadn’t seen much of the place: just the living room and kitchen. Was there more upstairs? Maybe there were a few games going on up there or something. He didn’t know a party without games: surely muggles were the same.

He stumbled a little when dragging Cernu upstairs, but laughed it off.

Being dragged upstairs, he laughed some.

"Ohso that's where thebathrooms are."

Cernunnos chuckled yet again.

"I thought Iwasgonna have to piss in a bush!"

Louis laughed, and they both got handed another drink from no where. There were people scattered here and there in varying states. A lot of people making out up there though: boys and girls, two girls, two boys... there was even three people sharing each other.

Wow.

Louis invited himself into one of the bedrooms, and put his drink down. He didn’t know why, but he was climbing onto the bed and jumping on it now whilst laughing. He never really got to do it as a kid!

He followed Louis into the bedroom not even fazed by all the random pairings and occasional trio in the hallway; that was something he was used to seeing.

Cernunnos joined him in jumping on the bed.

"OMG! Doyou think we'll breakit?"

"We can fix it!"

He bounced higher.

"Oops, wait, we can't..."

But he carried on doing it. Finally he stopped, and sat on the bed. "Room's spinning now..."

Louis laughed.

"A little, I'll lie down..." He flopped back onto the pillow, and smiled at the ceiling.

He laid beside the other as he looked at the ceiling.

"The light pollution gets awful."

"Light pollution?" He repeated stupidly, and looked across at Cernu.

He was pretty.

Pretty... and a boy.

"I'm really glad you invited me here," He said softly, and was stroking his hair. Or re-arranging his hair. What was he doing with his hair? He didn't really engage his actions with consequences.
