Celeste didn't really go out and get a proper gift. Instead, she bought some apples and wrapped them as beautifully as she could to give to Brinley like she would anyone else on Christmas Eve. She had gotten six red apples that she placed in a red holder with gold letterings she had gotten on there herself. Why not spread some of her traditions after all?

She, for once, sat around in the common room trying to see if this Brinley girl would show up.

Brinley had mixed feelings when it came to dealing with Secret Santa, because she was no used to a complete stranger getting her a gift. It just felt kind of weird for the girl, and she had got notified by the girl who asked her if she could come down to the common room, and meet her.

Coming down she saw a girl, "You wanted to see me?" hoping it was the right girl. Hoping she did not look like an complete idiot.

Celeste pulled out the thing of apples and handed it to her housemate.

"Chinese tradition."
