Camille was standing at a podium extremely excited to start the Halloween event for the school year. rather than have a ball, she decided a haunted house maze with proceeds going to charity would be a fun idea. She wanted the students at the school to enjoy themselves while still contributing to various good causes. "Hello, everybody!" she greeted giving a big smile. "For Halloween this year, we're doing a haunted house maze where all proceeds that get raised gets donated to various charities! Isn't this exciting? I hope you all have a good time! Also, there's also various trick or treat stations, so don't be afraid to get yourself a stash of candy! Let's make this Halloween a great one!"

Camille had been spending the past talking to various students about the event and how excited they were for all of the future festivities that were coming up. Before she knew it, she found herself looking toward the school as she heard murmurs of voices with smoke beginning to fill the air. What was going on? Her jaw dropped. She witnessed the mask man set fire to the entrance of the maze. "Students, please stay calm! I will contact all law enforcement to take care of this situation as swiftly as possible. The person or people behind this will be brought to justice!" She mainly found herself standing in shock, but she knew that she had to say something to try to assure everyone that it'll be okay.

Freyja stared at Camille in disbelief. Surely a Headmistress would have at least some sort of power to try and fight? She shook the thought away, placing it down to simple shock but found herself itching to try and fight. "Can't we just fight back? All those who fight pass DADA?" She tried using humour to relax people but the weapons she has hidden seem to burn against her skin in the need to fight.

She looked over at Freyja and began to think going off of her surroundings and educated guesses. "I guess we could fight, but this school isn't exactly known for fighting. Plus, chances are, we're outnumbered. So, we'd have to try to get as many people as possible to help fight while trying to keep the body count low which is rather hard due to all the people inside probably unsure of a way to get out or are burning to death. So many factors, but how could we fight exactly?" Dalnim wondered as she crossed her arms.

Delaney looked what was going on. She was a bit of terrified of the fire but she didn't really show it out there right now. She looked at her schoolmates who wanted to fight here. "To be honest we don't really have a chance against of them but we can always give try for it," she said there now. She tried to seem stronger than she was. Just fire was something that she hated since she was younger already for sure. There is a reason for it about what she doesn't wanna talk about.

The fire crackled and burned; it began to rip through the school trapping the people inside along those participating in the maze. Giving a maniacal laugh, Ivan rubbed his hands together and began sending fireballs to those outside. "You think that because you're outside means you're safe, right?" he asked crossing his arms. Paying no remorse to screams he heard by those being burned alive, he apparated away from the scene allowing his Death Eaters to finish up what he had started.

A few hours later, the school completely succumbed to the fires and attacks taking whoever it could with it. It was then that it became apparent that the world wasn't as safe as it seemed.
